These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website divinetogether.in (the “Website”) and all services, reports and digital products offered on it (the “Services”). The Website is operated under the brand DivineTogether by The Baitule Numerology Consultation and Spiritual Educational Institute (Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-MH-36-0013475), a proprietorship based in Yavatmal, Maharashtra, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or purchasing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About Us and Our Services

DivineTogether provides numerology education and personalised consultation. Our Services include: educational articles and digital resources (such as eBooks); personalised numerology consultations and written reports; mobile number analysis; and Ram Shalaka, a traditional verse-based method. 2. Nature of Our Services

Numerology and related practices are based on traditional systems of interpretation. They are not scientifically proven methods of predicting or controlling future events. Our content, reports and consultations are provided for educational, informational and personal guidance purposes only. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and you should not make significant life, health, financial or legal decisions based solely on them. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result. Please read our Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our paid Services or submit personal information such as your name, date of birth or mobile number. We do not knowingly provide paid Services to persons under 18.

4. Free Tools

Certain services on the Website, such as Mobile Number Analysis and the online Ram Shalaka, are provided free of charge, subject to fair-use limits. We may modify, limit or discontinue any free service at any time.

5. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown before you pay. Applicable taxes, if any, are included or shown at checkout.
• Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, using methods such as UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, depending on availability.
• We do not see or store your full card, UPI or net banking credentials; these are handled by the payment gateway and your bank.
• You will receive confirmation of a successful payment by email, SMS or WhatsApp. If your account is debited but you receive no confirmation, contact us with your transaction ID. Failed or duplicate transactions are normally reversed by the bank or gateway within 5 to 7 working days.

6. Delivery

All our Services and products are digital. Reports, downloads and consultations are delivered electronically or scheduled online, as described on the relevant service page or at the time of booking (for example, Mobile Number Analysis is a free online tool with a PDF report). We do not ship physical goods. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information (name, date of birth, mobile number and contact details).
• Use the Website only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems.
• Do not misuse free tools to get around usage limits through false or duplicate submissions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, reports, eBooks and design, belongs to DivineTogether or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, resell, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use of a report or eBook you have purchased.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DivineTogether and its proprietor are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or your reliance on any numerology content, report or consultation. Any decision you make is your own responsibility.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Grievance Redressal

For any complaint about an order, payment or the Website, write to divinetogethers24@gmail.com or call +91 9112057583 (Mon–Sat, 08:00–20:00 IST) with your order or transaction ID. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Yavatmal, Maharashtra.
