This policy explains how DivineTogether (divinetogether.in) delivers its products and services.
1. Digital Delivery Only
DivineTogether currently offers digital products, written reports and online consultations. We do not ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or dispatch times to wait for.
2. Digital Products
Downloads such as our Hindi mobile numerology eBook and cheat sheet (PDF) are delivered electronically, typically instantly or within a few hours of payment.
3. Mobile Number Analysis
Mobile Number Analysis is a free online tool on our website. Enter your details on the Mobile Number Analysis page to get your reading online, with a PDF report you can download.
4. Written Reports
Personalised written reports are shared by email or WhatsApp once we have your details (and payment, where applicable).
5. Consultations
Consultations are held online at a time agreed with you.
6. If You Have Not Received Your Order
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you have not received your download or report within 24 hours of payment, contact us with your name and order or transaction ID at divinetogethers24@gmail.com or +91 9112057583 and we will resend it or resolve the issue. 7. Accurate Contact Details
Please provide a correct email address and WhatsApp number so that we can reach you. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
