Refund & Cancellation Policy

When refunds apply, and how to request one.

Thank you for choosing DivineTogether, a brand of The Baitule Numerology Consultation and Spiritual Educational Institute (Proprietorship, Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-MH-36-0013475, Yavatmal, Maharashtra). Please read this policy before you make a purchase. It applies to every paid Service and product on divinetogether.in.

1. Digital Products, Reports and Consultations

Our offerings include personalised numerology reports, written summaries, consultations and downloadable eBooks. Mobile Number Analysis and Ram Shalaka are free of charge. Because these are personalised and delivered digitally, a purchase is generally final once the report, download or consultation has been delivered. We do not accept returns of delivered digital or personalised items.

2. When We Refund

Refunds are considered in these cases:

  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
  • Payment was completed but the Service was not delivered.
  • A technical error prevented us from providing the purchased Service.
  • A transaction was processed incorrectly because of a system error.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date.

3. When We Do Not Refund

  • Dissatisfaction with a numerology interpretation or recommendation, as interpretations are traditional and personal.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Missing, incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the customer, or delays caused by it.
  • Services already delivered by email, WhatsApp, PDF, download or consultation.

4. Cancelling a Service Order

A Service order can be cancelled only before we start preparing your analysis, report or consultation. Once work has started, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. The exact credit time depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Failed Transactions and Double Debits

If money is debited but your order is not confirmed, the amount is normally reversed automatically by the bank or payment gateway within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not, write to us with your transaction ID and we will follow it up with our payment gateway partner.

8. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Email divinetogethers24@gmail.com or call +91 9112057583 (Mon–Sat, 08:00–20:00 IST) with your name, order or transaction ID and the reason. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours.
